What Is The Best Way To Quit Smoking For A Guy Who Want To But Not Whole-heartily Committed?

66 yrs old, smoked since 17, quit for 5yrs at 60, got fat 30#, re-started 1 yr. ago, lost fat 32#. No health problems, little cough but know its ruleing my life and is a matter of time before health issues will arise.

    well you know it’s time to stop.but until you are whole heartily committed to quit,you are just wasting your time.

    My daughter is using Chantix (sporatically), and she finds it is really helping reduce the craving. It’s supposed to do that without your having to suffer bad withdrawal symptoms.

    Squeeze a lemon every time before you smoke.Drink the lemon juice and you well become less addicted.
