well first of all, good job with quitting.
the flusteredness is normal but sleeping isnt. you should be thankful that you slept for 14 hour because if you hadn’t, you would have probably been clawing at your face begging yourself to have a cigarette :)
good luck!

You have to have motivation and confidence, meaning that you can’t just say, “Oh, yah, I’ll quit next month”. You must quit NOW.

Yeah that’s pretty normal, I threw up, all kinds of stuff when I quit, the body just don’t like it. I got a website with a section dedicated to quitting, might be of interest, it’s got the medical stuff you can expect when you quit, if that’s no good there are some links that might also be useful.http://howtoquitsmokingcigarettes.net/" /> good luck and keep it up

sometimes when i sleep for 14 hours straight after quitting smoking and then feel drunk, its cause i took too many sleeping pills, and i was all outta milk in the morning for my cereal, so i used vodka instead.
so try not to take sleeping pills and replace milk with vodka.
haha no, its not normal. ask your doctor
