I am trying to quit, but I don’t have any support, (I’m not proud of it, so I don’t announce it) I have eliminated the place where I smoke the most (for now anyway). Does anybody have any ideas?

   I quit and have been smoke free for a few years now. They make this pill that you can get through your doctor. It works while you smoke and gradually starts shutting down the receptors in the brain and slowly you will start to not want to smoke anymore until you just stop all together. I think it takes like 1 month to complete the process. Trust me when i say if it worked for my father then it will not doubt work for you. He smoked for like 30 years and then quit with the pills. He tried everything. He was smoking with the patch on.
